Your student can still sign up to be a member of our beginner band program at VMS. Scan the QR code on the flyer (take a Screenshot and hold your finger over the code to open).
The band class meets during the school day and has only two after-school events for the entire year! We offer school-owned instruments, rentals, and encourage borrowing from a family member or friend to get started with an instrument.

They say the best advertisement is by word of mouth. So I encourage parents to share our post about open enrollment that starts Thursday, the 28th, and Friday, May 29th. We will have another one the last week of July. VMS consistently scores above state and county averages on our ACAP scores, has a veteran faculty with over 16 years of experience and advanced degrees, and students have opportunities to excel in athletics, band, and academic teams. We will continue to strive to make VMS the Pinnacle of schools in Cullman County. So help me get the word out if anyone is looking for a fresh start or new opportunities for a great Middle School experience. -Ch J

VMS Award Day, Friday the 15th. 8th grade will start at 8:15, 7th grade at 9:15, and 6th grade at 10:15.

We want to say thank you to Sportsworld Skate Center. Shea, Angela, and Alyssa made our kids feel welcome today. The students had a great time skating there! Thank you!
